Company history
After her graduation in 1997 at the Ghent University, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Mieke Notenbaert, founder of Emtex, started her Medical Writing career at an international contract research organization where she worked for nearly 5 years, mainly as a contractor at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies.
In November 2001, Mieke Notenbaert founded EMTEX BVBA. In the following years, the first assignments rolled in.
Today, EMTEX represents a small group of experienced medical writers, familiar with various types of documents in a wide range of therapeutic fields. Several companies (and the list is still growing) have used our medical writing services to their satisfaction.
